Manorhamilton Rangers take on Merville Utd in the SIS Cup in the Bee Park on Sunday morning in a must win game for the home side. Following on from a heavy defeat in the previous round to MCR, the home side must take all three points if they aim to top their group with this the penultimate game.
Manor Manager Thomas McDonald wasn’t in the mood for small talk when we caught up with him. “Last week was a huge disappointment. We took our eye off the ball when we went in front and got punished for it. Injuries to key players at crucial times added to our woe. We need to pick ourselves up and get back at it. Merville are a good side but I have confidence in our lads who all want to progress in this competition ”.
Manor will rely on youth and experience on Sunday morning and ut should be a cracker. Two hundred supporters are allowed, so let’s see you there.
